Instructions

1. Before answering the certification questions, work through one of the five topics: clean, separate, cook, chill, or babies.
2. Answer the review questions at the end of the topic. They will help prepare you for the certification section.
3. Now you are ready to work through the certification section for the topic you just read about. Each section consists of multiple choice questions. If you answer a question incorrectly, simply try again.

Choose a certification section:

Each section is worth .4 hours of continuing education credit
4. Print out the topic's certificate of completion once you have finished the certification section.
5. Now, select another topic and complete steps one through four. You must complete all five topics in order to receive two hours of continuing education credit.
6. Keep all five certificates of completion in your files. You do not need to provide copies to CYFD.
