The Adventures of BAC
Designed for children, this video is available in Navajo, Spanish, and English. BAC, a green cartoon germ, lurks on the kids' hands, food, and countertops. After one of the friends gets sick, they make a visit to Dr. Mike R. Scope, who explains four simple food safety principles that the children can put into practice. When the kids start washing their hands, washing produce before they eat it, keeping their countertops clean, and putting refrigerated food away, BAC and his nasty friends beat a hasty retreat.
